Kabob

Busy, busy, busy. Today is my work day at my boys school, and I had preparing to do for it today, since I am the cooking Mom , which means I got to create a simple cooking project that the kids could help with. I decided to do fruit kabobs. I bought mangoes, bananas, pears, grapes, cantaloupe and strawberries. The kids get to help spear the fruit onto the sticks, and my boy will get to help me cut up all the fruit once we are there. It should be a fun day, but busy. Ok, I should get going now, my body is craving another cup of coffee.
