Pissed off

I am angry with my husband right now, and instead of blowing up, I walked away. Sounds like a simple enough thing to do, I know, but for me it isn't. He is being selfish, and I am frustrated, and although it is a subject we have discussed many times throughout our marriage, he continiues to do this. So, I am not going to talk to him again until I can speak rationally.
