More to worry about

I can't take anymore of these news conferences with officials telling of the new threats. I understand we need to be informed and prepared for whatever might happen, but I feel like this is just too much to worry about. Now they are warning about our bridges here in California, now through next Wednesday. I am concerned, frightened, and mostly just exhausted from all of the worry. Thankfully I only allow myself a few minutes of news a day now, otherwise my head might explode.
