So good

Saturday was great! We went apple picking with sissy and brother in law, sissy's parents, and outbox and her lovely husband. It was so much fun. We had a nice picnic, we talked, the kids played, we picked apples, and we shopped in their great little store. The drive up there was even great, all the changing colors on the trees, just breathtaking. After apple picking we stopped by another apple place where they make hot apple cider donuts! They were sooo good, and we ate them along with fresh apple cider. My son decided on the way home that we had to make an apple pie with our freshly picked apples, and my girl wanted to make carmel apples, so we stopped my the store on the way home. We made homemade pizzas, apple pie, and carmel apples! And, by the way, they all were fabulous! Today we took the kids to a huge pumpkin patch where they got to walk through a huge maze, crawl through a spooky tunnel, and pick the best pumpkins! All in all it was the best weekend in a long time, so very nice.
