A good day

It was a good weekend. We saw sissy and Andy, and Heather, and we ate a lot of good food. Richard was eating so much chips and salsa, that he had to go to the store to get more, pig. Just kidding. We had grilled chicken, and steak, yummy tortillas and all the fixings.

The kids threw water balloons at eachother, and faught, and we were able to talk for a while. It is a shame that we don't get to see them more often, it makes me sad.

Anyway, when we got home we noticed that a dozen or so baby toads were by our garage. Breeana rounded them up and played with them all, some as tiny as my thumb nail : )

Then we made her come in and wash VERY well, and then we put the kids to bed in time to watch the Clinton interview.

I enjoyed it. I thought she was thoroughly rehearsed, and at times to restrained emotionally, but I thought her story was an interesting one. Richard couldn't watch the whole thing, so he played solitaire on the computer.

Today we welcomed back Jareds teacher, she is finally doing well enough to return to school, and I have been cleaning in preparation for Jareds friend to come over after school. He is so excited he could hardly sleep. It is a girl, and he talks about her ALL the time. We are going to make brownies and play in the pool, and he said he has to show her his new stuffed bunny, George : )

Ok, I need to scrub two toilets, what fun!
